All invited delegates shall fill in the Registration
Form
Registration fee: € 150,00
European Companies travelling from Europe are exempt
of Registration fee's payment.
Registration will be subject to confirmation, due to the
limited number of participants. Please print out the Registration
Confirmation Letter, and take it with you to the registration
desk to receive your name badge. Delegates shall present
this document and an ID card to the registration desk
when collecting their Conference documents.
Travel and Accommodation:
Each person is responsible for organizing
his/her own travel arrangements. It is highly recommended
to reserve hotel accommodation when registering to the
Business Summit.

Given the two-day proximity between the China-EU
business Summit and the India-EU Business Summit,
AIP-CE and CIP have invited Top Atlântico Travel
Agency to organize a Group Travel and provide all interested
companies with a common Traveling and Hotel Programme
for both Business Summits.
